We are now hiring for a full time Reservations Manager to join our growing team! We are a young and dynamic company based in The City (offices near Liverpool Street Station) and are growing rapidly. We are looking for someone who is a serious self-starter, highly motivated, very detail orientated, proficient with all core Microsoft Office programmes (Word, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint) and has an eye for marketing and a professional phone manner.
Most importantly though we want someone who is willing to grow with us and proactively look to improve existing processes to truly take ownership of their role. The ideal candidate will be as comfortable working in a team as they are autonomous, and enjoy seeking out new challenges.
-Respond to all incoming calls and quote availability and rates accordingly for our own properties
-Respond to all online enquiries the same as above
-Actively seek out new partners to grow the agency side of our business and respond to all 3rd party enquiries as well
-Put in place systems and processes to streamline office operations and reservations systems
-Manage all OTAs
-As business increases take on a leadership role within the office and be responsible for hiring more members of your team as a direct line manager
-Manage all key vendor accounts – BT, Council Tax, Phones, supplies, etc.
-Help with our Operations Manager to keep track of stock and order supplies accordingly
