Urban Stay Reaches 5-Year Goal in Less Than 3 Years

Urban Stay has reached its 5-year goal of managing 50 serviced apartments in London in less than three years. Following the acquisition of new blocks at Liverpool Street, Monument, and Victoria Urban Stay now operates 58 London serviced apartments under direct management.
The properties are a mixture of apartment types which enable Urban Stay to offer greater choice of accommodation options to its corporate clients. London Victoria Apartments comprises of one and two bedroom serviced apartments. London City Apartments offer studios, one bedroom corporate accommodation and a two bedroom loft-style duplex. In addition, two bedroom luxury serviced apartments are available on Lovat Lane at Monument. Lovat Lane Apartments also offer a top floor three bedroom penthouse with private lift access and a massive roof terrace with views of the Shard and London City skyline.

Urban Stay, which has its headquarters in London, was founded only a little over two years ago. The company quickly expanded into the London corporate serviced apartment market with a number of enviably located flats in the Liverpool Street area off Bishopsgate. Urban Stay has now expanded this base to cover not only a significant portion of the Liverpool Street area, but two blocks in Monument, three in Notting Hill, and now a new block in the heart of Victoria.
