We’re very proud that for the second year our co-founder and Urban Stay’s company director James Swift is nominated for the 2017 international ASAP Serviced Apartment Awards – As Serviced Apartment Rising Star of the year award! The Association of Serviced Apartment Providers (ASAP) is a non profit organisation that strives to strengthen the serviced apartment sector and establish global standards for it; among others. It is the first trade body of its kind and the annual awards ceremony was the UK’s first recognition programme specifically for the Serviced Apartment Sector.
Designed to recognise excellence, innovation and best practice in the serviced apartment industry, we’re very honoured and humbled to have been shortlisted for one of the awards categories this year. With so many outstanding aparthotels, short let accommodation providers, relocation companies and corporate accommodation operators in London, the UK and in the world, we sure feel very special right now.
James has tremendously contributed to the growth and success of the business and everyone at Urban Stay is very proud of him. Without his vision, endless drive, optimism and positivism Urban Stay would not be where it is today. James is a well known and respected figure in the serviced apartment industry in London as well as abroad. He’s known for building and maintaining strong relationships with industry partners, estate agents, corporate clients and suppliers over the years. We at Urban Stay wish him the best of luck as well all other nominees. Well done everyone!
The ceremony will take place at 155 Bishopsgate on December 7th following the 2017 ASAP Convention. This is just around the corner from our Liverpool Street serviced apartments in Abbotts Chambers, Astral House, Artillery Lane and London City. So if you still need accommodation in the City of London for one night or longer don’t hesitate to get in touch.
