Serviced Apartments are Better Value for Money than Hotel Rooms
Serviced apartments are a lot more spacious than the average hotel room, offering separate living and sleeping rooms along fully equipped kitchens to allow socializing with friends and family. Particularly if you’re relocating to a city or staying for a longer period of time you will appreciate more space to relax and unwind.
Serviced apartments always come with fully equipped kitchens including fridge/freezer, oven and hobs, toaster, kettle, microwave and a range of cooking utensils. This way you have the freedom to cook your own meals, dine in with friends and save on costly restaurant bills.
While most hotels will do your laundry for you, it’s generally pretty expensive. Serviced apartments come with an en-suite or communal washer dryer, which means you can wash your clothes at home at no cost. You will usually be provided with some washing powder at arrival so you won’t even have to buy some yourself.

Our Serviced Apartment Rates
Our prices are always inclusive of all utility bills (water, electricity, gas), council tax, TV licenses, unlimited Wifi Internet, regular cleaning and change of linen and towels and a welcome pack at arrival. A personal meet and greet service is usually included in the price as well.
Please note that our rates are quoted excluding VAT (value added tax) which is 20% for the first 28 nights and 4% thereafter. Credit card fees are also not included in our rates. A 3.5% fee applies for Mastercard and Visa card bookings and 4% for American Express. If you pay via a debit card or directly via bank transfer no additional transaction fees apply.
While rates for some apartments might fluctuate due to seasonal demand and occupancy Urban Stay offers 12 months fixed rates for preferred network partners and corporate accounts. Hence, no matter if you book in the heat of the summer or over Christmas and New Year the rate will be the same. Particularly if you’re a business, a travel management or relocation company regularly requiring serviced accommodation, fixed rates simplify the booking process and allow you to predict your expenses more accurately throughout the year.
We accept payments via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or bank transfers. The full booking amount is generally due at the time of booking. However if you are staying with us longer than one month we will invoice you on a monthly basis and only take the payment for the first month at the time of booking.
