We have seven Richmond Luxury Apartments in Victorian mansion blocks, available for short- and long-term lets: The Arlington Suite (sleeps 4), The Crescent (sleeps 4), Hill View Loft (sleeps 2), The Brooke (sleeps 2+), The Garden Suite (sleeps 2+) and Number 9 (sleeps 2+). For the ultimate in luxury, The Penthouse (sleeps 6) combines The Arlington and Hill View Loft to create a prestigious 3-bedroom duplex apartment. We also offer a luxurious 3 bedroom house, 18 Egerton Drive (sleeps 6+), in a gated community in St Margarets.
The Crescent is a regal 2-bedroom apartment on the first floor of our Victorian mansion house. It overlooks The Barons and has French windows leading to a small balcony from which you can view the beautiful architecture of our crescent.
The wonderfully designed, European-style lounge is an impressive room furnished with plush fabrics, welcoming sofas and snuggler chairs. With its period fireplace, high ceilings and cornicing, it is a bright and charming room in which to entertain or unwind. Hi-speed WiFi and Smart TV technology with full Sky package provide for all your entertainment and communication needs.
The Crescent sleeps 4. The master bedroom is breathtaking, spacious and exquisitely decorated, with a period fireplace, large windows offering sweeping views of the garden, and beautiful built-in wardrobes. The Feather & Black bed and luxury bedding ensure a good night's rest. The chic second bedroom offers maximum flexibility: it has a daybed that converts into a double or two singles, or we can provide a cot to create a nursery or a desk to make a study.
The Crescent kitchen features fine granite work surfaces and a contemporary glass splashback, with integrated Siemens appliances. It is equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, washer-dryer, plus table, chairs and television to create a space for serious cooking, entertaining, or spending time with the family.
Refresh:  The bathroom is fitted with slipper bath and large walk-in shower, finished with porcelain tiles and underfloor heating, and furnished with pampering toiletries.
The Arlington Suite, located on the second floor of our Victorian mansion block, features a large and elegant lounge with original features and fireplace. The picture windows offer treetop views that make it hard to believe you are only a short journey away from central London.
Hill View Loft has the wow factor. A studio loft apartment with a roof terrace for al fresco dining, it offers amazing views over St Margarets and leafy West London to historic Richmond Hill.
The newly refurbished Brooke is a beautiful one-bedroom, Cotswold-style apartment. Located on the lower ground floor of our Victorian mansion house, it is generously proportioned and has views to the front garden and a delightfully light and airy feel.
The Garden Suite is a beautiful 1-bedroom apartment on the lower ground floor of our Victorian mansion house. French windows lead out from the lounge onto a private garden terrace, offering a beautiful sense of light and space.
Our stunning Penthouse is a prestige duplex combining a luxurious and spacious second-floor apartment and a romantic loft that offers a roof terrace with views over St Margarets to Richmond Hill.
A brand new luxury home in a private estate,  18 Egerton Drive is a beautiful three-bedroom, town-house. Located one mile from Richmond and on the borders of the River Thames, it is generously proportioned and has views to the beautiful houses and gardens in the estate. It has a delightfully light and airy feel and has been designed to create a luxurious and state of the art family home from home.
Our apartments are located in one of the most desirable parts of West London. It is only 30 minutes by train to Central London, but don’t overlook St Margarets itself - with its charming cafés and shops, it retains a relaxed, village air and is a gem of a place. Neighbouring Richmond has a lively riverfront on the Thames and a bustling town centre with excellent restaurants, a cinema and a theatre. Twickenham, the home of rugby union, is also a short walk away. Feltham, Sunbury, Wimbledon and other hubs of West London are all within easy reach.
You’ll find pubs, cafés, restaurants, shops and a supermarket in St Margarets, with a wealth of high-street favourites, designer boutiques and department stores a walk away in Richmond.
