<p>Fleet Street is in the City of London, technically a city within a city. Its roots trace back to the Roman era as seen at London Wall. The city of London has a separate governance than the rest of the city. The boundaries of the city bear black bollards with the City’s emblem and by dragon boundary marks at major entrances including Holborn. Fleet Street is the lifeblood of London’s print and newspaper industries. In 1500 the first print shop was setup here paving the way for London’s first newspaper and later all of the conglomerates. The neighbouring pubs were known for their journalist crowd, still popular today.</p>
