Requirements to List Your Properties

- Be in a safe, convenient location
- Have a minimum of 3 apartments per location
- Be professionally managed, with 24h emergency support or on-site reception
- Be fully furnished with kitchens and weekly cleaning
- Include all bills and fees (WiFi, TV, city/council taxes)
- Meet health & safety regulations
- Maintain high standards of quality
